Punjab Gateway Travels provides travel booking services, so physical shipping is generally not applicable.
Ticket & Confirmation Delivery

Flight tickets and booking confirmations are delivered electronically by email, WhatsApp or another agreed electronic method.

Payment alone does not guarantee ticket issuance.

Tickets are issued subject to payment confirmation, fare availability and airline/travel-supplier confirmation.

If a fare changes before ticket issuance, we will inform the customer before proceeding.

If you have paid but have not received your ticket/confirmation, please contact us.
All tickets and confirmations are sent electronically. Please ensure your email address and WhatsApp number are correct at the time of booking.
