Cancellations and refunds for flight bookings are subject to the applicable airline and/or travel supplier's fare rules.

Some tickets may be refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable.

Airline, supplier and applicable disclosed service/cancellation charges may be deducted.

Date changes may require a fare difference and airline/supplier change charges.

No-show tickets may have reduced or no refund value.

Airline-cancelled flights will be handled according to the airline's applicable policy and law.

Eligible refunds will be processed after confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of funds from the airline/supplier. Bank or payment-gateway processing may require additional time.
